Sport and tennis coaching course


Step 1.
We get to know each other in an initial interview. We invite you to explain your expectations and outline the common objectives of the coaching.

Step 2.
With our proven methods, we GROW together to define the bottomline situation and outline our goals. In GROW we grasp this concept, all important to your goals (goal setting), we focus on the current sports business environment (reality checking), we analyze all the available opportunities and possible solutions (options) and generate a successful concept for you to excel (Who -When-Where.).

Step 3.
Through us, you will learn how to implement your personal possible competition goals. This is the focus so that your success can be repeatable (Transfer efficiency).

Step 4.
In a descriptive evaluation study, we document the efficiency of the coaching activity and jointly assess the reaching of achievement
